How to use Neatbo: from input to download
Find a local tool, try its example, choose input and output settings, and check the downloaded file. Learn search, shortcuts and continued processing.
Find the right tool
Browse the tool directory by category, or press ⌘/Ctrl + K to search by name, format or task. Public tools do not require an account.
Input and options
Drop a file or paste content. The workbench shows file-size limits, and text tools offer examples. Review options, then select the processing button.
Inspect and download
Inspect the actual output; image results support a comparison slider. Downloading creates a separate copy. Compatible results can continue in another tool.
Keyboard shortcuts and next steps
Use ⌘/Ctrl + K to find tools and ⌘/Ctrl + Enter to run a workbench. Compatible output can continue in another tool. The file is passed briefly in this tab’s memory; a new tab or reload does not retain it.
A first task: turn JSON into a readable document
Search for JSON formatter and fill in its example. Choose indentation, run the tool, and compare the resulting keys and values with the input. Formatting changes presentation; it should not change the information you intended to keep.
If a step fails, keep the input in place and read the error before changing options. A successful example followed by a failed personal file often points to a format or input issue. If both fail, check the troubleshooting document before repeatedly reloading and losing unsaved work.
| Your goal | Start here | Check before downloading |
|---|---|---|
| Smaller photograph | Compress images | Actual bytes and fine detail |
| One combined PDF | Merge PDF | File order and section boundaries |
| Readable structured data | Format JSON | Keys, values and syntax errors |
| A navigable ebook | TXT to EPUB | Encoding and chapter links |
Before you finish
- Use fictional sample data while learning an unfamiliar tool.
- Review the selected output format, not just the input extension.
- Download before closing the page; results are not a cloud backup.
- Use “continue” only for destinations offered by the result panel.
