Example options
{
"encoding0": "gb18030",
"encoding1": "big5",
"encodingConfirmed": true
}Example output

When something does not work
Keep a copy of the source. For legacy encodings, select the encoding that makes the preview readable, then confirm it before exporting. An unreadable preview is not a successful conversion.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files and tool input are processed in your browser. Moving around the site can keep a temporary workspace in the same tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it, so download results you want to keep.
What should I check in this result?
Join local text files in the displayed order. Choose a shared or per-file encoding, review the preview, and enter the exact separator to place between files.
