Before you start
Place the visible area of each PDF page proportionally onto A4 or US Letter paper. Choose minimum margins and either match each page's orientation or set one direction for the whole file. Preview every generated page before saving.
How to use this tool
- Choose a local PDF and check its visible page size and crop summary.
- Choose A4 or US Letter, output orientation and a whole-point minimum margin from 0–100 pt.
- Generate the new PDF, inspect each actual output page and save it.
Supported inputs and limits
Uses the source page's visible crop, not hidden artwork outside it. Source pages with rotation settings must be normalized first. Interactive forms, annotations and bookmarks are not carried over.
One unencrypted PDF, ≤30 MiB and 300 pages. Changes may invalidate signatures; keep the original.
