    Options

Complete the required options first. You can keep the defaults for the rest.

    Preparing the tool…

    Before you start

Save only the PDF pages you need in one new document. Enter pages in the desired output order or select thumbnails. Searchable source text stays selectable; scanned page images are not OCRed.

    How to use this tool

    1. Choose the local .pdf file. The working copy stays in this browser.
    2. Enter pages such as 3,1-2 or preview and check the needed pages. Repeated numbers are included only once.
    3. Compare original and extracted pages, download the PDF and check that text is still selectable.

    Supported inputs and limits

One unencrypted PDF up to 30 MiB and 300 pages. Interactive forms and detected signatures are rejected; bookmarks and attachments are not copied. Keep the original.

    When something does not work

Use an unencrypted PDF without forms or signatures. Enter at least one valid source page; invalid ranges are rejected. Reopen the download and check each page and its selectable text before discarding the original.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are my files uploaded?

No. Files and tool input are processed in your browser. Moving around the site can keep a temporary workspace in the same tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it, so download results you want to keep.

What should I check in this result?

Confirm the selected pages and their output order. Selectable text in the source stays text; an image-only scan does not gain searchability. This makes one PDF rather than separate files.
