Before you start
Estimate dominant colors from up to 16,384 sampled pixels using weighted RGB clustering. Review color swatches, approximate sample shares and copyable HEX values. Small bright accents may be missed.
How to use this tool
- Choose one saved static JPEG, PNG or WebP image. The original stays on your device.
- Choose 2–12 colors and whether to ignore pixels with alpha below 128. Select “Extract colors”.
- Review swatches and approximate shares, then copy the HEX list or download palette.txt.
Supported inputs and limits
Static JPEG, PNG or WebP only; up to 20 MiB and 16 million pixels for one image. No animation or SVG.

When something does not work
Choose a valid static JPEG, PNG or WebP image within the size and pixel limits. If a small accent color is absent, try a tighter crop around that area; the algorithm does not guarantee accent selection.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files and tool input are processed in your browser. Moving around the site can keep a temporary workspace in the same tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it, so download results you want to keep.
What should I check in this result?
The colors and percentages are estimates from a downsampled image, not exact source pixel counts. Tiny bright details can be missed; compare the swatches with the original before using them. The TXT download contains the HEX list.
