Tool input and files are processed in this browser without being uploaded.
Before you start
From one saved image, build an ICO containing 16, 32 and 48 pixel PNG frames, plus separate 16, 32, 180, 192 and 512 pixel PNG icons. Non-square artwork is centered without stretching.
How to use this tool
- Choose one saved static JPEG, PNG or WebP image. The original stays on your device.
- Choose a transparent background or a #RRGGBB color, then select “Generate icons”.
- Inspect the larger PNG preview and download favicon.zip, the ICO, or individual PNG sizes. Reopen the files in an image viewer before using them on a site.
Supported inputs and limits
Static JPEG, PNG or WebP only; up to 20 MiB and 16 million pixels for one image. No animation or SVG.

favicon.zip (application/zip) favicon.ico (image/x-icon) icon-16.png (image/png) icon-32.png (image/png) icon-180.png (image/png) icon-192.png (image/png) icon-512.png (image/png)
When something does not work
Choose a valid static JPEG, PNG or WebP image within the byte and pixel limits. Enter transparent or a six-digit #RRGGBB background color. If the 16-pixel icon loses detail, use a simpler source image.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files and tool input are processed in your browser. Moving around the site can keep a temporary workspace in the same tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it, so download results you want to keep.
What should I check in this result?
The ZIP contains favicon.ico with 16, 32 and 48 pixel PNG frames, plus five separate PNG files (16, 32, 180, 192 and 512 pixels). Non-square artwork keeps its proportions and gains transparent or chosen-color margins. Small icons can lose detail, so inspect the downloads.
