Your input

Inputs are kept temporarily in this tab when switching tools. Refreshing or closing clears them; large results may need to be regenerated.

⌘ / Ctrl + Enter to run

Choose a date and time, then download one ICS event for your calendar. Times are converted to UTC in the file.

Event type

Choose the time zone where the event happens. The downloaded ICS uses the same instant in UTC; the importing calendar displays it in its own time zone.

Enter an event title to continue.
Preparing the tool…

Before you start

Create one event with a clear time zone, optional location and reminder, then download an ICS file for Google Calendar, Outlook or another calendar app. Review the imported event before sharing.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter a title and choose timed or all-day.
  2. Set the start and end, choose the event time zone, and optionally add a location, description or reminder.
  3. Create the file, review the event summary, download the ICS, and check the imported event in your calendar.

Supported inputs and limits

One event per file. No invitations, recurring events, live calendar sync or account connection.

Timed events are saved as UTC instants; the target calendar controls how they appear and whether reminders are honored. All-day end dates are inclusive on this form.

Event details are processed in this browser; nothing is uploaded.

When something does not work

Check the highlighted field. For a daylight saving gap, choose another time; for a repeated hour, select the intended offset.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import the file into Google Calendar or Outlook?

Both support importing ICS files. Use their import flow and check the event after import; an import is a snapshot, not a live subscription.

What happens around daylight saving changes?

The tool rejects local times that do not exist and lets you choose which offset to use when a local hour happens twice. Timed events are written as UTC instants.

Does this send an invitation or sync my calendar?

No. It creates one downloadable ICS event in your browser; it does not contact attendees or calendar accounts.
